I have already featured PAINT as my favorite biggest-bang-for-your-buck update — but today I want to focus on the exterior paint color. Because a home’s curb appeal is truly the first impression.
The photos below show the house (left) as we saw it when we first visited. The paint color looks more flattering in this photo: it was peach with maroon and blue accents.
I uploaded that “before” photo and asked AI to render a variety of color options — and we asked the seller to choose. The winner was “Hale Navy” with white trim. Here are the options we offered — what would you vote for?
